Matching Wedding Bands But NOT Matchy Matchy

This was the case for a couple who came to Krikawa looking for custom wedding rings. Although the couple both loved the idea and symbolism of the Celtic Knot, they did not want their rings to be "matchy matchy." Wedding Band Custom Made To Match Heirloom Ring

What happens when you have a beautiful, heirloom engagement ring and would like to have a matching wedding band to make a complete bridal set? You cannot expect to walk into any jewelry store and find a perfect match. This was the case for a lovely couple who came to Krikawa for a custom wedding band to match an inherited, antique engagement ring. When asked the story of her engagement ring, this is what she said...
"So it's actually my grandmother's engagement ring. She gave it to my mom for me to have, one day when I was ready. I was in high school.
There’s great handmade jewelry in all pockets of this country, but we think the designs coming out of Arizona are especially beautiful and worth introducing to locals and out-of-towners alike. To that end, Krikawa recently unveiled a permanent in-store and online display of Arizona jewelry. It’s the first space of its kind for area metalsmiths to show their work, and we’re thrilled to shine a light on this fine and very difficult craft. The display will offer a regularly rotating lineup of contemporary jewelry inspired by the natural beauty and history of our state.
