Standard Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for your special ring or jewelry item will vary, depending upon what it is and how full our production schedule is at the time you place an order.  It can range anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. Please plan ahead!

Rush Service

We also offer a rush service, where we guarantee delivery of the final ring within six weeks from your deposit. The rush service fee is 15% of the mounting, not including the value of the center stone.

Please note that we do not extend any discounts when placing a rush order.

Because the availability of rush orders is limited, please call us at 1-888-KRIKAWA. If the rush service does not accommodate you, we also offer temporary ring mountings and have a small selection of jewelry available immediately.
