Return Policy for Finished Jewelry


We stand behind every piece that we make. It is our mission to create jewelry that is about love, for love, and just simply loved.

Our guarantee is that your piece will match the order details you approved, and will be hand-made with unsurpassed quality and craftsmanship. We meticulously craft each made-to-order piece and responsibly educate and communicate so that you can make the best choices for your item as it is developing.

If you are not completely satisfied at the time your jewelry is delivered or picked-up, let us know on the spot. We will improve, exchange or refund the piece at our discretion. Share your concerns with us immediately and return the unworn piece with original packaging and certifications within 15 days.

We will work until the piece matches your order and meets your satisfaction. Charges may apply for:

• Price differences due to upgrades or modifications

• Additional materials or labor required in re-working the piece

• The design would have cost more originally


Custom and made-to-order jewelry can take several weeks to create from start to finish. As you are involved in the design process, we rarely receive requests for refund. If you do request a refund, please note that we will withhold non-recoupable processing fees, charges for administrative and design time, CAD and bench labor, materials charges, as well as the items listed below.

Non-refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Rush, appraisal, and shipping fees.

• Diamonds and Gem Stones 1/3 carat or bigger. If the stone has been set, we will carefully remove the stone from the mounting and deliver it to you or set it in a new piece.

• Altered items (whether by us or another jeweler), items marked “final sale,” or items purchased from our limited inventory.
 

We want you to love your jewelry for a lifetime and are willing to explore many solutions for each situation.


Order Cancellations During Production

 

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within one week of placing your deposit and receive a refund (less credit card processing fees, shipping charges for samples, colored stones, or sizing rings that have been sent at your request). After one week, a cancellation fee of up to 20% will be retained from the refunded amount and if your order includes Diamonds or Gemstones that are 1/3 carat or bigger, we will ship your stone to you.  Diamonds or Gemstones that are 1/3 carat or bigger are non-refundable.

• We do not remake, exchange or refund for buyer’s remorse, breakups, or surprise designs. Even in these cases, we always guarantee the craftsmanship and overall quality of the piece.
 

• Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are solely within our discretion. Because of the custom nature of our work, we rarely have a resale market for your specific item. Most of our clients, like you, are looking for a unique, one of a kind piece made just for them. The standard refund, exchange value, or store credit is equal to the scrap melt value of the item, even for items in perfect, unworn condition.
 

 • If more than 30 days has passed or your item is in less than perfect condition, consider consignment with us. Contact our concierge to discuss your situation.
