Krikawa Jewelry Designs uses FedEx for international shipments. Once a shipment reaches its destination country, it may be delivered via third-party carriers. We do not collect duties and import taxes (VAT). If your country taxes jewelry imported into the country, the shipping service will contact you to collect that payment directly from you before delivery. To determine the duties and taxes on imported jewelry items, consult your Customs Office for details.
Upon request, we can ship sizing rings and samples internationally so you can preview them in the comfort of your own home. There is a fee for this service, based on your destination. Return packaging and labels are included for easy return.
